Strappy lion

I bought some cute straps a while back and finally got around to strap them around some of my possessions. I have been wanting to lighten up my LV for a long time, and those glittery Minnie straps were perfect for that purpose!
In other news: Last week was the final week before the 1-week winter break and that was quite a relief, because I do not think I could have spent even one more hour in that school building! But another one was fine...

... because I went to see Nørre High School perform their version of the Lion King in their school musical The King. I went with some friends to see Kathrine, but then it turned out that I knew 2 other people in the performance and I met 3 people who sat in the audience. Beware, this will be along post - but I want to remember!
Here you see first Scar and Zazu and then how they did "I can't wait to be king".

Hyenas! Their movements were really good and stuck well to the characters. And then Mufasa and Simba watching the sky with alllll their ancestors. And shadow art in the background by Rafiki - I thought it was a smart way of doing the Lion King Musical's shadow art in their own way.

And then Mufasa fell!! Scar, you evil plotter!

Simba being devastated, Rafiki mourning the loss. And yes, I actually teared a bit up at this point (whatthebleepiswrongwithme).

Timon and Pumba finds him! And did you guys notice the stage? Those patterns? They were made with gaffa tape, haha! Such a clever solution to transforming a gym hall to the savanna!
And then Simba was all grown up and had earned the right to wear his own triangle on his breast (aka his mane).

The girl playing Nala had a bloddy amazing voice! I just sat there, mesmerized, when she sang. And hen she just happened to sing Shadowland, which is just splendid. Of course the musical choir backed her up greatly, but gosh it sounded so heavenly!

And then the magic happened, when Simba and Nala met once more...

Can you feel the looooove tonight. It was a very nice song in the musical - the dancers was really good too! I loved the idea with the lights...

And then came the return of Rafiki!

"Simba is not dead!"
Rafiki was really very good! She was very expressive and had a nice voice too!

Come on Simba, HE LIVES IN YOU, go king out Scar!

Fighting with le Scar and the hyenas.

Happy end!
It was a very good play! But seeing as I have seen the musical in London of course I had seen a grander performance of it. But the whole thing seemed very professional, and OH MY there is a lot of talent on that school!

Kathrine in her fabulous savanna outfit. She was in the choir!

And of course I did not intend on going in the nude to the musical, so I wore a bit of clothing and the images above illustrate that.
... My room is a mess...

Snow is falling like a tennis ball

The snow has (finally) arrived! Winter is over us! Which means... that my header is now season-appropriate again. I can't belive how lazy I am - wouldn't even bother changing the header during the summer.. sigh..

Last week was the Copenhagen Fashion Week. Wednesday I received a message from Line, asking if I wanted to join her adventure to a nightly event in Ginatricot. I wondered why the store would have a special event, but just agreed. And when I I went to work that day I walked past an enormous outdoor tele-screen, shouting out that the Fashion Week was happening. My first thought was "Already?" I feel like there's a FW every 2 months haha.

But it was all right! You got 50 % off all their products and they had tennis ball-shaped gums! That was extremely odd but had me giggling. It was really bad how many people were there though. We stood in line for quite some time and it was SO BLOODY cold.

These days my class have been making the final touches for our year book and we wanted a proper class photo, so I brought my remote and camera to school! Don't we just look lovely?

Oh, and I went to Glyptoteket with Sørine this Sunday... Since we were photo-shooting. But it's a secret project, so I can't show you any photos just yet!

Interlocking a childish obsession

Yesterday I received my Disney Couture Tinkerbell ring/interlocking rings. Gold and swarowski! It's really lovely - way more pretty than I had thought from looking at pictures. I'm so glad I pulled myself together and purchased it, since I've been looking for gold rings - I only really had one and the gold has started to rub off (cheap-ass H&M), so I'd been in want of more.
Trust, faith, believe. <3

I've been hanging with friends after school these weeks, since I have been working on weekends. And I baked pancakes while Afnan was here. So nice to chat and eat sugary foods! My favourite pancake filling is lemon with sugar on top c:

I've been quite stressed/down these past weeks, so no time for falsies! I think I'm coming down with something - my whole body is sore... I hate waiting for a sickness, that you're certain will arrive.
And yes, those wedge boots are new.

During one of my shifts in Disney Store, I could not help but notice that the Woody and Jessie Hawaiian Vacation dolls were further reduced... And I took them home. Two dolls for 140 DKK (discount price, yessss) and you can take off the silly Hawaiian clothing if you just want them to be ordinary Woody and Jessie. So not point in resisting there. And I did really want a Jessie.
Oh Woody, you look FABULOUS, darling. Pink is you colour.

These things are still the worst. It is so time-consuming to rip the dolls from their boxes... I keep reliving my childhood frustration when undoing those metal hooks.
I hung out with Rasmus while freeing the new additions to my home Toy Story gang. He really likes TS too. As you can probably tell.

My entire Toy Story collection... Am I obsessed? How did this happen?

I did not blog about my Bullseye, did I? I was a wee bit unsure if I wanted to keep him or not upon buying him. But the new version is too light in the colour, in my opinion. SO I will keep him - especially now that I have a Jessie for him.

I live on tea these days... This bloody cold...
