Welcome home, little girls

Yesterday they called from the computer repair workshop to let me know that my computer was ready! So today I went out for my baby and now she's in my possesion again. Finally! After 2 months it's really wonderful... Urg, I have this horrible urge to glitterfy this image... Damn, can't just ignore it...

-Insert extreamly girly giggle here-

When I got out to go to school this morning I could see my breath because of the cold. And let me tell you this: I have PE in the first lesson every Tuesday morning and we have PE outside. And it was so goddammit cold today. We have this sort of treasure hunt programe these days - we have a map over the area and have to find answers to some questions about locations on the map. We run for at least an hour and it's really hard. And today it was cold too.
Whine, whine, whine. I am in such bad shape. Really, all my once so nice muscles are gone and my body isn't toned either. It took me a half year to build that up, and now it has gone in a month. Shit sucks.

Also... My girl Ponyo came home with me today. Will watch it after dinner with my parents. They haven't seen it, so they'd really like to, because I've cosplayed Ponyo... Can't wait to see Fujimoto in action again!!! (I actually hate Ponyo's personality, I just love her look)

One of those days

Today I only had one lesson in school, and I had to skip half of it because of a dentist appointment, so I ended up not going to school at all - there wasn't really much point in it when I was only going to be there for half an hour or so. So I had one more day of weekend !

Didn't really do much though. Just realxed in my bed. Slept a whole lot. Wrote my french assignment due tomorrow.

I read A LOT too. Before today I was at the card. Now I'm halfway through. Seriously, I got all shaky before Harry had to go up against that dragon. It's been a long time since I was so caught up by a book.

Now I'm going to watch Grease with my mom. I haven't seen it in 3 years or so and my dad and I watched this program about the disco days some days ago, that made me want to watch it.

In want of groovyness

This morning some classes - and a mathematics test!! - was cancelled so I stayed home a little late. Instead of just chilling and doing absolutely nothing I did my earrings. I bought them in Japan with clips, but they hurt my ears SO much! I can only wear clip earrings for an hour or something like that. So a took of the clip hooks and replaced them with earring hooks. So now I can finally wear my "new" ear accesories, haha!

The mess behind me was utterly self inflicted. I could't find the dress so I took a whole lot of my clothes our of my closet. Only to find it laying around behind my shoe cabinet-thingy. And I was late too!
(See the outfit from Clueless some posts further down? Me, inspired? Nooo....)

My classmates and I discussed autumn/winter creeping in on us today. We all agreed that we are getting more depressed as the days go by and the light fades away. I find myself needing cheerful/groovy music in times like that. You know, music that makes you go dancing around your room with a smile on your face. But I'm at an dead end. Groovy... Everytime I hear that word I think of Austin Powers. GROOVY BABY.
Do you guys have any suggestions for what I could listen to?? I can listen to all kinds of music!

Screw this oh! so good system

This week the high schools have been holding sit downs and gone to demonstrations all over Denmark. We did it at my school as well. Part of the reason:
The politicians keep pressing more and more into the education system and keeps taking away the money that used to go to school managing. But when they keep on taking our money, how can they expect that we all go on and become lawyers etc. The government says it wants knowledge to be Denmark's largest export and that they want the danish educational system to be (one of) the best in the whole world. But how will that happen if they just let the schools hang around with no money to improve?

This is taken from the demo at City Hall - by Thorbjørn Chakravarty:
(Look at the dude with red hair. I wonder if he did it just for this??)
Speaking of Hogwarts...

I'm climbing slowly up the ladder of Harry Potter books. It's not going that fast because of school and friends, but that's okay. As long as I get to finish the last book before the new movie comes up in the cinemas! That's actually the whole reason for me reading the series again. I need to remember all those important details!

The sale has begun again. Today I bought this cute bracelet and a whole lot of stuff from H&M Online Store. I'll show it to you all when I receive the package!

In Denmark I was born in the 90ies

I really love Denmark and I can't really imagine actually living any where else permanently. People often ask me if I would like to move to Japan, seeing how much I love it. But I wouldn't. I love Denmark way too much.

I love pålægschokolade (roughly translates into thin slices of chocolate, we use it just like you put cheese on a bread). Always have, always will. It's kind of gross, but in a good way. That's the two things I always bring with me when I leave the country - danish chocolate and danish licorice. I can't live without it.

This morning's sunrise. It's gotten really dark these days when I wake up. The only positive thing about that is that I get to see the sunrise every morning. And they're always more beautiful when it's not summer.

I've watched Clueless and 10 Things I Hate About You these days. And I know you're supposed to think that the 90ies went in the wrong direction when it comes to fashion - that's how it is in Denmark at least - but I'm really inspired by the ideas behind the outfits they put together. Sure, they look a little off in my eyes as well... But damn, that striped look is so getting my head buzzed up with coordinating ideas.

I need a hero

Late update is late. Friday I went to the villains and heroes party thing I'd told you all about. A LOT of my friends participated, it was kind of crazy. I had so much fun with them all, even though I didn't get to talk that much with all of them.
The first thing I heard when I got out of the train was a guy saying "HEy! Isn't that the chick from Toy Story??". It made me really happy!! At the party my cosplay got really nice comments as well and a lot of people came over to discuss the 3rd movie with me! Really cool - I got to hear that a 30-year old man had been crying like crazy during the last part of the movie.

My friends Laura Craft, Silk Spectre and Green Lantern (not in the picture) let me sleep at their appartement and I stayed there pretty much all of yesterday, where we watched 3 movies under the blankets. So neat, haha.

But back to Friday! You see this red mass? That's the winner of the costume competition you're looking at! Haha, Human Torch was cold all night. The coolest part in my opinion was the fact that he had little lamps in his suit, so that he lit up a bit.
Willy Wonka and Gogo on the side.

Ooooh no, Spidey has run out of web!! Wolverine laughs.

Pretty awesome costumes. Of course not all pictured. It was fantastic because it felt cool and not nerdy at all to walk around in costumes. We all had so much fun, even though there wasn't much to do. Still, I was glad I went.

International cow girl

Today's the international dress-your-hobby day! Did you guys go all the way and express your hobbies in your clothes today?

I did. My hobby being "road to you" all. Haha, not really. But I did dress a little extra up for the day this morning. But no one else did! But someone's got to bring colors into this dull autumn.

No, my real hobby being cosplay. It's perfect actually. This party enables me to get into my Jessie cosplay and show my hobby to the world ( = Copenhagen). LOOKIN SO MUCH FORWARD TO THE NIGHT.
Damn, my wig was a pain in the ass. Though it only took me 3 hours to make.
