Creative is my middle name

I'm doing another project. That always pumps me up.
I had to do some of it outside so I was thrilled that the weather was warm and sunny. Otherwise it had been a pain to do.
Can you guess what I'm doing? Haha, no that's impossible.

Also, I'm going to see Kick-Ass at at preview showing at midnight today! It's not coming in cinemas here until the 15th, so I'm looking forwardto it! It looks so cool! What do you think about it?

Money, money, money...

Today I broke my promise. The one about me not buying anything over 100 DKK. I bought this dress from H&M and it cost me 250 DKK. But I think it was worth it because I don't have a proper dress for special occassions. Now I do, but at the same time it isn't so posh that I can't wear it for an everyday outfit.

Today was one of those days. Those days = days when you can't seem to make an effort at anything. I feel kind of drained of energy today and I felt it this morning too so my outfit came out real silly and not-well-coordinated. The red lipstick actually made me emotionally happier.

I've been looking all over for a green plastic bucket for my cosplay. Like 1 hour out in the city and 3 hours on the internet. I found this in Føtex (supermarked) and my heart skipped a beat. I bought it instantly and then, when I came home, I saw it is a bit too light in the color! So I was down again, haha. But I'll use it as it is if I can't find another or paint it darker.

I say: DISNEY GOGO but they say "no"?!

Ms. No-neck, haha. Like my shirt my and my, Mickey is great.

Speaking of Disney... When I go to Japan this summer I really wanna go to Disney Sea, but my parents are like: "Why? It's boring. We don't want to". It's not really that expensive and I just really want it to be a part of our trip! But I really don't want to go there alone, all by myself - where's the fun in that?
Any of you have some good arguments to win them over?

Today we had aroung 14 degrees celcius and the sun was so warming! When I came home from school I joined my mother in our garden and I ate this year's first out-door ice cream! It feels like a great achievement, how pathetic that may be.
The wind was a little chilly, so I had to sit with a duvet around me. The sun shone so brightly that I couldn't read even with my sun glasses on but then I pulled my scarf-bow down over the shades and that did it!
Yesterday I went to Ariellah's place and I borrowed her Star Trek book. I've come a long way already!

Just three shirts I bought for 10 DKK each. : D

Disney on my mind?

Haha, this outfit cost me almost nothing. Mother's shirt and skarf, skirt 40 DKK, tights 30 DKK and wedge boots 10 DKK. I love those kind of outfits :)
The girls in my class said I looked like Mickey Mouse, but in the good way, with my hair like that. I had never thought of it like that.

A woman in the metro asked me if I was a model today and told me I was beautiful. I was really surprised but it made me happy!

I finally got my Mickey Mouse tee from Ebay. It's been on it's way for 2 months now, jeez.

My very boring nails:

Easter is all about the candy

I actually thought that I wasn't going to get any Easter chocolate this year, me being older now and all that. But I got a whole lot! And I ate almost all of it in two days.... Unhealthy much? But oh well, nothing I'll die off.
The big rabbit was from my grandparents, the yellow egg (was filled with choco) from my Uncle and Aunt, the plants from my mother's friend and the paper flowers + silver egg from my parents.

The eggs from the siler egg have different stuff inside them. Some even have caramel! I don't like a lot of things, so I've opened them up and seen what's inside every time. But that was actually really fun!

I saw almost all of my family this Easter and that was very nice. Also because there wasn't any family fights like usual ! Very nice indeed!

Is holidaying even a word?

This eater holiday is soon over. And what am I spending my last day of freedom on? Yes, that's right: Homework.
I used to be one of those students who finished their assignments two weeks before they were due. Now I always end up doing them last minute. Why did I change?!

I was so happy to finally wear those shoes. My grandparents gave them to me as a Christmas present, and now it is finally warm enough to use them!

My mom was going to throw a verry big bag filled with clothes out. I got ahold of it before and got some stuff. My mother and I are about the same size, she's thinner someplaces and has other proportions but that's it. So I can use her clothes, haha. But that's like people with siblings -they use each other's clothes all the time, right?

How To Train Your Dragon and Desert FLower

I saw How To Train Your Dragon. In Danish, because we saw the trailer and thought it looked more fun in danish. The movie is about Hiccup, a viking. Danes used to be vikings, so we thought it was appropiate to watch in in Danish.

It takes place on an island, where there exists dragon. Vikings and dragons have been fighting for over 300 years, and the children are trained to kill dragons.
Hiccup here is the chief's son, and he's not really the usual viking. He is way too soft and not at all muscular. The other teens think he's a nobody and his father doesn't pay attention to him. He wants to change all that and become one of THEM, all the other vikings, so he tries to shoot down a nightshadow, the most feared dragon. He suceeds and it falls down in the forest. When he finds it he can't kill it and sets it free. He manage to tame and befriend the dragon and names it Toothless.
He become famous in his tribe because he suddenly knows a lot of tricks to tame dragons, so in dragon training he always seems cool. When he tries to tell his father about the dragons not being as the vikings believe, his father brushes im off and go to kill off all the dragon in their nest. Hiccup wants to stop him and SAVE THE WORLD.
I really, really, reaaaaalllyyyy love this movie. It was funny, frightening, touching and loveable. I'm going to watch it in the cinema again no doubt. It had everything a movie needs and more.
The 3D was the best I've seen yet. It works best with all-animated movies, and there wasn't a frame without 3D-effect.

Desert Flower is about Waris Dirie, a woman from Somalia. The movie is based on real events and a real woman.
Waris ran from home in Somalia, when she was going to be married off to an old man as his 3-4th wife. She flees to London and works at the Embassy of Somalia there. When war breakes out in Somalia allt he people at the Embassy go back, but Waris stays and becomes homeless. After some harsh days she end up in an appartement with a unhelpful British woman. She learns better english and get a job at a junk food restaurant. There she is spotted by a fashion photographer.
Waris becomes a supermodel.
Trhough her position as a known face all over the world she begins to talk about the horror of female genetial mutilation. She was cut herself and created huge debate about the human right of women to keep their genitials.
It was a terrible movie to watch. It was kind of cruel a lot of times, and you only wanted to keep on watching because their were funny and peculiar parts of the movie that lit everything up and gave hope. It was a very good movie.
Tough, harsh and marvelous. That's how it should be described.
Astrid and I agreed that this is a movie that the whole world should watch, to become wiser.
And also, the woman playing Waris - Liya Kebede - is gorgeous. I found myself staring at her beauty a lot of times.
